Managing Director
After spending almost a decade directing PR and MarComms at luxury sex toy brand LELO, and its sister brands Intimina (intimate health) and FOREO (beauty tech), Kathryn Byberg took her in-depth knowledge of the wellness world and her little black book of contacts to create Little Leaf Agency - the world's leading sexual wellness PR agency.
She is also passionate about sustainability and strives to support brands that are making the world a better place. When she's not working she loves spending time with her family, hiking, paddle boarding in the summer and snowboarding (badly) in the winter.

Lisa Ventham
Media Relations Director
With almost 20 years experience in the PR industry Lisa is our resident ‘media relations’ guru. Specifically, she has worked in sexual health, wellness and sex tech PR since 2013 and has looked after brands such as LELO, Intimina and Ann Summers. Lisa also has a talent for event management and has organised events for the likes of Elton John, Pride, FatBoy Slim and more. A self proclaimed city girl who is currently living by the sea, when not talking about sex, you’re likely to find Lisa in the kitchen cooking up a storm.

Rachel Sinton
Account Director
With over 10 years of experience in the PR and comms industry, Rachel has a background of working with some of the world's biggest consumer brands including Lidl, BT, Coca-Cola, British Airways and Vodafone. When not working you're likely to find Rachel in a coffee shop, at the cinema or binge-watching true crime documentaries.

Bryony Lees
Marketing Communications Manager - Account Lead
With 6 years experience in the Marketing and PR industry, Bryony is keen to help hone in on how important it is to make strides in becoming more sustainable as a company. With a degree in Fashion Marketing, she knows firsthand how damaging and wasteful not just fast fashion brands can be, but also wider corporations, are on the environment, and so she is championing change and helping give sustainable companies a voice. When not at work, you’re likely to find Bryony planning her next city break! (Her favourite so far is Budapest)

Emma is a research specialist with a background in politics who joined the team in July 2022. Since coming on board with Little Leaf, Emma has worked on research and partnership campaigns for all our clients, helping to secure brand deals and sponsorship opportunities, as well as researching and reporting press coverage for clients. When not at work, you can find Emma walking her dogs or reading the latest political biography.
