Little Leaf Agency GmbH, the world’s leading sexual wellness PR and communications agency, is hiring. Little Leaf is a PR and communications agency that specializes in sexual wellness, from sex toys to lube to erotic books to menstrual cups, there isn’t much we don’t have experience in! We’re market leaders in what we do and we’re looking for a brilliant affiliate manager that uses their initiative and can hit the ground running.

Since our launch in 2021, we have worked with global brands and have a proven track record of success. We work with a variety of clients from start-ups to established brands and retailers. If you’re open-minded and have a sense of humor, that helps too because we’re looking for an affiliate manager that likes challenges and likes to overcome them! 

Are you self-sufficient? A go-getter? Know your way around an affiliate platform? Well get in touch because that’s what we’re looking for! We’re looking for an affiliate manager who can own this role and make it their own. 

You must be confident in working with various affiliate platforms, dealing with tech problems, recruiting publishers, and spotting affiliate marketing opportunities. You will be responsible for client affiliate growth and will seek ways for better conversion. 

If you understand digital marketing this would be a plus too. You should be driven, have great written and verbal communication skills, have strong interpersonal skills, and have a natural flair for communicating and building relationships. 

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing. Management experience is a plus. 

This role is completely remote, so you need to be a self-starter.

You would be working from home with video support and in-person meetings when needed, and will have support on hand at all times and our team is lovely, even if we say so ourselves! This is an exciting role where you have the potential to grow, as our business grows

Job Description:

• Manage client affiliate platforms 
• Recruitment and management of publishers 
• Relationship building and management
• Review content on websites to ensure publishers are the right fit 
• Deal with technical issues 
• Create graphic banners and text links / deep links 
• Experience of HTML coding to produce affiliate newsletters 
• Create exclusive codes and manage CPA’s on platform 
• Produce regular performance reports 
• Monitor performance and analyze data 
• Identify new opportunities
• Outreach and negotiation of paid media opportunities 
• Grow and improve affiliate performance 
• Logical and practical approach to problem solving 
• Confidence in using Microsoft and Google excel formats 
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
