At Little Leaf, we’re proud to represent leaders who don’t just follow trends — they build movements and shape the culture. Sex educator and multi-talented visionary Alicia Sinclair is one of those rare founders whose career has helped shape the sexual wellness and sex tech landscape from the inside out, and we’re honored to have her and her brands as part of the Little Leaf family. Alicia is the CEO of COTR, Inc, a family of three distinct pleasure brands that include Le Wand, b-Vibe, and Cowgirl.
Each of her brands accomplishes her mission of making sex more fun and adventurous, with an educational element that fights the misinformation that the sexual wellness industry is often steeped in. She’s a certified sex educator, a multi-award-winning Sex Tech designer, and has been dubbed “businesswoman of the year” by publications.
From industry insider to category-defining founder
Before beginning COTR, Alicia was the VP of worldwide sales and business development at Jimmyjane. During her time here, she created and developed a sex education boot camp to help educate retailers. Her work also extended into policy and advocacy, with her work in the pleasure industry acting to bridge regulatory, safety, and ethical frameworks. Alicia collaborated with the Department of Justice to help the FBI develop communication channels between the government and the adult industry as part of the Child Protection & Obscenity Enforcement Act.
Beyond this unique scope of experience, she’s also served as a panelist delivering an inclusive, research-based approach to Sex Tech with HBO, Soho House, and the Erotic Intelligence Institute, and as a contributor for top-tier outlets like Glamour and Cosmopolitan, where her brands have received praise in numerous articles.

Building brands with purpose
Under Alicia’s leadership and with more than 20 years of experience, COTR has become a powerhouse in the sexual wellness world. Le Wand’s iconic massagers have helped redefine luxury massage and power play, bringing body-safe materials and aesthetic sophistication into a category once defined by novelty. b-Vibe has become one of the most trusted names in anal wellness and exploration, pairing premium engineering and technology with education, and Cowgirl celebrates pleasure as art and self-expression, blending form and fantasy for a hands-free sex machine that still stands in a category of its own despite many other brands saturating the space.
All these brands prioritize Alicia’s grounded approach to inclusivity and education, translating research into accessible tools that people can use to deepen intimacy, reduce shame, and expand their understanding of their bodies and desire.
As a trusted expert, Alicia has contributed to major media outlets including Playboy, Paper Magazine, Glamour, Vice, Cosmopolitan, Well+Good, and more. Her recent commentary spans everything from solo-pleasure techniques and stress-relieving positions to anal-play preparation and pleasure in unexpected spaces — always framed through a lens of empowerment and body literacy.

As she told Shoutout Miami, “Our approach is fundamentally different- we’re not just creating products, we’re creating experiences that empower people.” Her commitment to education is also a priority. Through her many years as a sex educator, she’s aware that well-designed, luxury products mean nothing unless you equip consumers with the knowledge to use them not just correctly, but with confidence.
Widespread industry recognition
Alicia’s impact has been widely recognized across both wellness and adult-industry circles, most recently with:
- AVN Award: Outstanding Sexual Wellness Advocate (Alicia Sinclair, b-vibe)
- XBIZ Award: Sexpert of the Year (Alicia Sinclair, COTR)
Before 2026, Alicia Sinclair has taken home nearly a dozen awards, including XBIZ Woman of the Year (2019) and several other accolades for her product lines and products. These honors reflect not just product innovation, but years of advocacy, education, and leadership in normalizing pleasure as a core component of health and well-being.
In an era where sexual wellness is finally entering mainstream conversations around physical and mental health, relationships, and the broader wellness conversation, Alicia Sinclair plays a pivotal role. Her career demonstrates what’s possible when pleasure is treated not as a luxury or taboo, but as a vital, research-backed, human experience worthy of thoughtful technology and inclusive storytelling.
In an era when destigmatizing pleasure matters more than ever, Alicia Sinclair is so much more than an entrepreneur; she’s a passionate educator and advocate for empowerment, offering products that authentically support the health and happiness of her customers. At Little Leaf Agency, we’re so honored to help amplify Alicia’s voice and the COTR mission to start more open conversations about pleasure and wellness.
