We’re a global consumer PR and communications agency specialising in sexual wellness – the only agency in the world to operate solely in this niche category.

From sex toys to lube, to erotica and pheromones, there isn’t much we don’t have experience in! We’re market leaders in what we do and we’re looking for creative, fun and energetic go-getters to join our expanding team.

Since our launch in 2021, we have worked with a variety of clients in the sexual wellness space, from start-ups to established brands and retailers, and have a proven track record of success.

What will you do?

As a PR Account Director, you will be able to manoeuvre seamlessly from project to project. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for client account management and performance. You will be representative of the agency and will be the point of contact for clients.

As a seasoned pro, you will develop and implement strategies, manage budgets, and analyse results.

You are highly creative, craft newsworthy stories and find those PR angles, can develop award-winning campaigns, and possess a 360 overview of how PR fits into the wider marketing matrix.

You will manage PR teams, and you’re also happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch effectively to your strong list of contacts to secure coverage. You must be self-sufficient and have excellent decision-making and reasoning skills, as well as strong leadership skills.

You come with a proven track record of delivering results within a PR agency or in-house position.

This role is 100% remote. You would be working from home, overseeing multiple client accounts, and managing a remote team.

  • A fast-thinking decision-maker who can solve problems and come up with creative solutions
  • You have a naturally confident personality and are personable

Job description:

  • Strategy, implementation and delivery of campaigns
  • Confident in writing pitches and press releases and actively pitching them to your established black book of contacts
  • Leading in account management, campaign creation and media strategy
  • Nurturing senior press relationships in the media across all platforms
  • 5+ years experience in managing client accounts
  • Key contact for clients, offering direction, expertise, crisis management and counsel to clients
  • Leading and managing a team of PR professionals and account managers
  • Managing existing clients as well as kicking off new client accounts properly for success
  • Achieving exceptional outcomes for current clients
  • Managing an extended portfolio of clients, ensuring consistency of service is delivered in line with company policy
  • Overseeing provision of account resources
  • Ensuring accounts are managed properly within allocated resources and remain profitable
  • Reporting to the CEO and providing high-level data analysis
